By visiting Tucson Boxing and Fitness LLC ("the Gym"), using our services, or
providing your contact information, you agree to the following terms.
1. SMS COMMUNICATIONS
By providing your phone number to Tucson Boxing and Fitness LLC, you consent to
receive SMS text messages from us, including membership updates, promotional offers,
class schedules, and gym news. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may
apply.
To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply

2. MEMBERSHIP
Membership terms, billing, and cancellation policies are outlined in your signed
membership contract. Monthly dues are billed on the date specified in your contract.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing with 30 days notice.
3. LIABILITY WAIVER
Use of gym facilities is at your own risk. Tucson Boxing and Fitness LLC is not
responsible for injury, loss, or damage arising from use of our equipment or
participation in classes. Members must follow all posted safety rules.
4. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our
services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
