WHAT TO EXPECT

Boxing Class - In this boxing fundaments class, you will learn stance, basic punches/ combinations, footwork, and the beginnings of defense will be taught. Outside of the fundamentals, you will get an excellent workout through drills and exercises developed to improve conditioning and muscular endurance.

Kickboxing Class - Beginner or experienced, this high-energy workout is challenging for all levels. Our group fitness classes combine martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. You'll build stamina, improve coordination & flexibility, all while burning calories and building lean muscle.

Women's Kickboxing Class - Our women's kickboxing classes blend together a mix of technique, cardio kickboxing & self-defense to give you the ultimate workout experience.

Youth Boxing -  Join us for an exciting and energetic boxing class designed for children ages 6 and up! Our classes focus on building confidence, discipline, and fitness through fun and engaging activities. Whether your child is a beginner or has some experience, they'll learn the fundamentals of boxing in a supportive environment.​​​​
